I have known Esther for many years, even more so when she cared for my poorly Auntie. I personally chose Esther to care for my Auntie as I have always found Esther to be trustworthy, hard working and reliable individual. During the care management of my Auntie, Esther was very passionate about her job and showed an excellent communication skills. I could rely on her to take the initiative and stay calm under immerse pressure. Esther had the most respect and understanding of client's confidentiality which was very important to my Auntie and to us as a family. Esther displayed a good work ethics, dedicated attitude which came with showing empathy to my Auntie's emotions and her commitments towards people who are in need of care are commendable.
